It's easy to get caught up in all sorts of issues which we have to deal with in our lives. So a little gratitude goes a long way, reminding us that we do have plenty to be thankful for. It can ground us, and is a place to turn to to regain strength. Isn't it amazing to be able to notice, as you have, the little things around us, which many others take for granted?
